Pros
While the bar may be pretty high to get in, CiBO is committed to learning & training. I've participated in training in both Scala and statistics. The people at CiBO are high caliber. They're mind-bogglingly smart & experienced, but at the same time most are patient teachers. Culture is given high importance. It is recognized that "culture is key", particularly in a high-growth startup.
Cons
Having many experienced software engineers around, there are many strong opinions and even assumptions. That's not necessarily bad, but prepare to question and be questioned.
