Incredibly smart people and impressive talent, great pay and benefits, nice office space

Cons

Incompetent management and leadership from the very highest levels which borders unethical for misleading top scientsits and investors. No future prospects . No more talent with actual agriculture experience.

Incredible team of very smart and likable people doing truly ground-breaking work in AI, ML, and carbon accounting.

Cons

The market is small right now. This is a solution ahead of it's time. CIBO will need to survive the next 10 years in order to fully realize the benefit their technology brings to regenerative agriculture and carbon accounting program management.
