Benefits. 80% coverage UHC with $100.00 a month in premiums. Pension after 5 years. 401k match after 1 year. Competitive hourly rates. Some overtime. A few nice employees.
Cons
Just about everything. Union employees walk half a mile to get into building; parking in a deserted corner of lot. Supervisor is terrible on day shift, nobody respects him. Building old from 1951. Old equipment. Racial Divide within the Building (Union). Fast Paced Environment. Very Hot. No air-conditioning. 60 High Ranking executives down in Venezuela at PDVSA were arrested on 4 Billion Dollars in Embezzlement. Half hour unpaid lunch. 2 ten minute breaks (max). Will close within 5 years. Lubricants is no longer profitable for Citgo.
