      High salary and great benefits

      Cons

      Management is lacking, training is poor at best, and there is ZERO company culture in the control room, I cant speak for the corporate office. It really feels like the company is on a downward slide.

      Great people! I've been lucky to be work on a team that values collaboration and openly invites new ideas!

      Work can be slow to get done and there's not a lot of drive to excel and compete to be the best in the industry.
