Pros
Great products at affordable prices potentially made it easy to close sales, performance is rewarded, and I learned how to enrich people's lives and make the world a better place selling furniture people love.
Cons
The ceiling or the opportunity to learn is only so high unless you achieve upper management which is extremely competitive. In order to be successful and consistently lead the company in sales you have to work every major holiday open to close. Work life balance is a little dificult to manage without one of the two being affected negatively.
