3yThank you for acknowledging our commitment and emphasis on Teamwork and for your valuable input. We appreciate your feedback on our benefits and improving them is towards the top of our list too. 2022 was our first year with a benefits survey and dedicated Total Rewards Associate. Among other things, this position ensures CITY has competitive compensation and benefits. In just a year, we improved our benefits to include parental leave, reduced the waiting period for PTO significantly, and improved health insurance at no additional cost to our Associates. There is still a lot on this list, but we are working hard to get them implemented.
