Among other things, this position ensures CITY has competitive compensation and benefits. In just a year, we improved our benefits to include parental leave, reduced the waiting period for PTO significantly, and improved health insurance at no additional cost to our Associates. There is still a lot on this list, but we are working hard to get them implemented.
