Personally I find joy getting to know the people I work with and guests visiting the showroom. The Family-Owned Business sets itself apart from others by how welcoming & how important you are to them. They provide more than I expected, from multiple resources available for personal & wellness support to medical benefits, in additional to career & educational growth. Each day brings something new and I love the relationships that have developed. There is multiple positions to apply for and always they encourage growth & promotion within.

Personally I don’t have any Cons, but if there was, the door is always open directly to the CEO to communicate with any questions, concerns or ideas.

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )
Cons
Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
