Please also know that we have several strategies to help our Service Technicians to increase their compensation through career pathing, Individual Development Program, future promotion opportunities (ex. we promote over 90% of our leaders from within, each promotion is about a 20% increase in pay from ST to SST to TL), overtime opportunities, taking advantage of our performance bonus programs and contests and so much more.
