Pros
flexible office hours, offered decent benefits and OK pay.
Cons
Most of the management staff is under qualified for their role. They lack professionalism. Many were promoted through the ranks because of tenure, not because they can manage people. But the managers are protected by upper level executives who apparently aren't ready to make a change to a professional appropriately managed facility. The hourly workers are fully expendable. They are fired for anything and everything and no one seems to want to fight for them. Those managers who do stand up for hourly staff are told "don't get attached, they come and go" and are chastised for wanting to make any sort of exception for anyone. They are so terrified of unions coming in that they lose sight of being a fair workplace and taking care of their employees. Turnover rates in some buildings are over 100% annually!
