Pros
Gain job experience within a logistics company, easy to move up if you are a bright mind in positions that is not management. This is only an opinion from self-experience and observation. It's not to bad to work at. It's a matter of opinion and taste.
Cons
Poor communication, management does not seem to know much about what goes on within the floor where operators work, and gaining management seems reserved to those who know someone in management. Barely any accountability or coaching. Some veteran employees tend to take advantage of company and they have more pull than some of the managers it seems. This is only an opinion from self-experience and observation.
