Compensation in terms of pay and benefits is great!
Cons
There is NO employee development or growth. They have very little investment in the long term health of an employee's career. I was given VERY little direction or coaching in my positions. You wonder aimlessly and make rookie mistakes because company culture does not dictate that leadership be leaders. While there are "teams" and departments within the organization, no one acts like they are on a team. No one is held accountable for their actions! Therefore, DSC has created an organization of laziness, which produces low quality work. I was continually frustrated, when trying to get things done. While I received promotions and raises, they are not based on merit, necessarily. Its based on who you know, and how much you "hassle" HR and VPs for promotions.
