Pros
Many employees have been there for 10+ years as well as customers. Local established company that has been around for a while. 99% of the people are fantastic, good work/life balance for most employees.
Cons
A few solid top performers are over-stretched. Old boys club still exists with VP titles that have been around for years but don't deliver much value to the organization and don't want to work. Operations tech and process are behind and outdated.
