Great parent company, opportunities for advancement, supervisors actually do genuinely care about the employees.
Cons
The company spends so little on efforts for talent acquisition and development programs that a majority of time (>70%) to actually do work for supervisors, HR, and even facility managers is scrambling to recruit and fill vacancies. Since so much time is spent on this, not enough time is spent on actually employee engagement and keeping current folks happy. This creates a downward spiral and makes it impossible to keep up or get ahead.
