      I was able to move up quickly, and part of my job was to keep a good rapport amongst new and current employees, and teach them how to conduct themselves professionally

      Cons

      12 hour shifts and had to work every Sunday, which was hard on me and my family. I was held responsible for other peoples mistakes.
