      CJ is an amazing company with great leaders that always willing to help out. You can walk into a VP’s office and have a full blown conversation to gain clarity on anything. Everyone is treated as an equal

      Cons

      Some departments with terrible leaders that affect the culture being created by the company. More 1:1s should be done with HR to understand goals and future plans
