I can only speak to the Customized Accounting Solutions Team (CAST). They are also known as Four Points CLA. During my time with them my utilization rate was in the 30% range. • Requirement to activate CPA license but unwilling to pay for required live training • Non-Compete with clients with steep penalties • Cumbersome time reporting and status reports to keep CLA informed • Little follow up from CLA regarding status of new projects or project end-dates • Employment contract preventing consulting engagements with other firms * Frequent unpaid bench time due to inflexible margins (they won't drop margin to keep consultants busy)
