Pros
Some of clients were interesting
Cons
Management blames the lower level employees without consideration to hear a whole story when there is a conflict. Supervisors do not look to guide and train their subordinates, rather they call names, lie to management, and will throw their staff under every bus where a mistake comes up. Supervisors and management have no accountability for their actions. They are friends with one another and just look to protect themselves. Management will call you a "risk" if they do not like you and will incentivize you to leave by reducing your wages, and take client work away from you. The organization does not live to its standards and acronyms they use to give a feeling of inclusivity in their culture. They advertise flexibility but I worked every single day and night on my clients. I worked out of the Lexington office in Massachusetts in the NFP outsourcing practice. The management treated me like I was just a body they needed to place on their clients and it showed. Don't work for these people, you will be sorely miserable here.
