I don’t even know where to start, first off they care more about charge budgets than they do about their employees. They do not acknowledge their employees accomplishments like getting promoted, getting your CPA, etc. There is no positive feedback Extremely disrespectful leaders, I had to step down from my job due to personal family issues. When I put in my two week notice after 2.5 years of working hard, leading my group in charge hours. I was treated with disrespect, my principal hung up on me while I was giving my two week, and never talked to me about me leaving again. The other principal was cold and didn’t talk to me at all. No understanding of my already hard family issue.
