Pros

Nice coworkers is all I can think of.

Cons

Where to start. This company is one of the worst places I’ve been employed at. After dealing with their pettiness the 2 years I’ve been with them, I am finally hitting my wits end and am thinking of walking out. First of all they bait n’ switch you from the moment of your first interview. They claim they have unlimited PTO, allow you to work remotely (which I have since I started), and that they care about their employee’s well-being, but it’s all smoke and mirrors just to get people to join their company. Their “flexible” pto policy is the biggest sham. They claim you can take pto when you want, but don’t tell you, you have to make up the time you take off by the end of the year to meet their charge hour requirement. Mind you that requirement right of the bat requires you to work 45 hour weeks to meet their demands. So any vacation you take is going to make those 45 hours/week go up even more if you want some time off. Lately, they claim our company’s quality of work is going down because people aren’t in the office. They provide no data to back it up, they blame the employees, when clearly it’s failed leadership and they want everyone to return immediately full time in office, 5 days per week. For the past 2 years I’ve worked there, there has been nothing but praises of how good the company is doing, how come all the sudden it’s an issue? My direct management is extremely petty and two-faced. I will have a private conversation with a manager or someone and somehow 20 people in the company will know what we talked about. Then you will be pulled into a meeting by someone higher up and be threatened by them to shut your mouth and that we aren’t allowed to say anything negative. To say the least, this company is not worth the destruction they do to your mental health by lying to you, overworking you, having leaders talk trash behind your back, etc. it’s not worth it. I plead people to look elsewhere for employment. CLA has a huge problem and it all falls back onto the leadership. They treat employees absolutely horribly and it’s clear in these reviews that other people go through the same thing.

Pros

Good thing national teams allow remote work opportunity because there's not enough space in the local offices anyway, but you might just end up working after hours more often than not.

Cons

No pay raises year after year which is an actual pay decrees when taking into account inflation, fake "flexible" PTO, required to work 45 hours a week without any overtime, raises, bonus, or any financial reward which actually matters. You have to do ridiculous workday feedbacks, and self review every quarter but it means nothing because they don't even consider the feed back you've received when laying off. It is your job to find work, and when there is't enough work for you it's your fault, not leadership's. You get promised new projects and they are always delayed for months at a time and many times nothing even comes out of it. Pretentious company that likes to call itself "family" - only red flags here.
