Pros
Coworkers are generally nice. These are the boots on the ground people doing the work. They are kind and supportive.
Cons
Leadership is lacking in all areas. Some decisions have been made that do not make sense. A $500M investment in technology when the firm is hemorrhaging in all other areas. They did so poorly that they capped raises at 3% and not everyone received one. They changed the salaries of many employees from hourly to salaried and tried to sell it to staff as a positive thing. Now they are breathing down everyone's neck to work a minimum of 60 hours per week with talk of mandatory overtime. Even ir the company is thriving do not expect a bonus. They do not believe in that. They are investing millions into these things called connection centers. This is more tone deaf behavior. You cannot tell staff they are not receiving raises but spend money on things that are not required in the moment. There are some good MPO's but many are just title chasers. They have no loyalty to their own employees. They only care about their own standing. The operations staff is overworked and underpaid. People are leaving the firm in large numbers. Regional leaders are fighting for relevance, often times putting their personal preferences and biases ahead of what is best for the company. They force DEI down or throat but I have witnessee blatant discrimination against individuals for varying reasons including health issues. They do not practice what they preach. If staff likes a supervisor then leadership will target them. It is becoming more and more toxic by the day.
