Pros

Great, caring company with huge upside. Management is taking an active role in ensuring an improvement in culture and employee satisfaction by replacing some senior leadership. The senior top-grading might be resulting in short-term dysfunction resulting in negative reviews. Many employees, like me, feel them unfair which is why I'm taking the time to write. Improvements include a more active role by NY-based leadership in keeping the 400, or so, widely distributed airport and stadium employees better informed, better trained, and with clearly defined career paths. In NY, they're in new bigger offices that include cold brew coffee on tap, unlimited beverages, and snacks, breakfast Mondays and beer Fridays. The two founders are committed to learning and growing. They've hired new, experienced leadership to help with the transition to a tech company and to create a platform that expands the company from airports and sports stadiums to multiple new verticals. In the past year, the company has seen a significant investment from Delta airlines, a huge increase in membership and a doubling of its valuation. I'm very thrilled to be a part of it and the future is bright.

Cons

Like many growing companies over-commitment and capacity planning remains an issue. There's much more opportunity than resources and the company is learning how to better plan. To that end, they've invested in a program management group that is starting to show impact. But those growing pains create a start-up atmosphere and require employees that are committed to its success.

Pros

I’m drawn to the company’s culture and its emphasis on flexibility. The starting salary is also quite reasonable.

Cons

They want you to move out of state to get promoted, the type of people they hire for management positions are questionable, raises are limited, and it’s extremely sales focused. Full of lazy people. If you aren’t a seller, good luck.
