Pros
Pros would be that u would be working at the airport and servicing customers in the lane, the job is not hard, but the hardest part would be waking up every day, and depending on the people that you work with, time either goes by fast or slow, managers are so-so, they definitely have their favorites, but the pay is good for just standing for 8 hours a day, a good starting point if you are early in your career
Cons
not as much growth unless u want to climb the managerial ladder, I would say the favoritism and lack of sick hours is definitely the worst part about the whole thing, but sometimes u are stuck in the lane where u don't like, other times, u get sent to lunch way too early, other times the commute from the parking lot is kinda a hassle, there's some benefits, and commission, but it's definitely not the end all be all
