Pros
Beautiful office, lunch catered everyday, pay is competitive with stock and bonus for people managers, team members are supportive of each other. Great perks like Friday remote during summer, learning and health and fitness stipends.
Cons
5 days a week required in person. Some teams feel like they’re doing two person jobs, things move quickly and sometimes the work people do can feel unappreciated because we’re moving so quickly and when one thing is done, we move on to the next, without much recognition into each others work besides the teams that work on key product initiatives that the public hears about.
