Not a Bad Place, but Don't Get Comfortable Working Here - Incentive Processor CLEAResult Employee Review

Pros

Free drinks and coffee, potlucks, especially when overtime is needed. Coworkers are great people, really enjoyed them. Good place to work if you want to be part of energy efficiency initiatives and don't mind repetitive data entry work. A good place to start working, especially if you're fresh out of school.

Cons

Unless you are really good at proofreading your work before submitting it, if you make too many mistakes, you will get canned quickly. Some of the leads in charge (not all) were gossipy, snippy types who would nitpick, especially about going even one minute over a break. If a person was called to the Senior Manager's office, expect them to be gone within a week. When work slows down, expect a mass layoff such as the one earlier this year. Also, mandatory overtime to where you spend more time at work (not good for workers with kids or other commitments). Because of the low pay, taking overtime hours is necessary to pay bills anyway. Clearesult does not hire back previous contractors when work picks back up, basically re-inventing the wheel with training new people.

Pros

I have worked in CLR for 4 years as contractor and my experience was very positive , I have joined as a FTE with the expectation of contributing in a collaborative and respectful environment. Unfortunately, my experience was different. After raising concerns with leadership and HR regarding my work environment and management practices, I submitted a formal written complaint requesting that the company investigate whether company policies on fair treatment and non-retaliation had been followed. Following the submission of my complaint, I did not receive a response or acknowledgment from HR regarding whether an investigation would be initiated. Throughout my experience, I felt that I was subjected to frequent criticism, repeated rework, inconsistent expectations, and a lack of psychological safety. From my perspective, these issues made it difficult to perform my job effectively and created a hostile work environment from my manager theres no co-oparation. All my fellow collogues also shared the same experience . Unfortunately no actions has been taken

Cons

I have spent good 4 years with collaborative people in high pace agile environment and delivered more than 40 projects .I have received Lot of opportunity for learning and growth.
