Pros
I have been reading some of the posts about CLEAResult and seems like some of them are far too negative so I just want to post my own thoughts about the company that I work for in hopes that it will give readers of GlassDoor some insight about what the average employee like me feels when at CLEAResult. When compared to my previous positions and work roles in other firms, I would say that CLEAResult is definitely much more family friendly. Being a parent to a elementary school child, I am able to manage my personal life well with my professional commitments and my benefits are great and well rounded. As far as work goes, all I can say is that performers are leaders at CLEAResult. The company has recently been acquired by the RISE fund which has the likes of Bono on it's board, so that just speaks volume about our company and I am definitely proud of it. Another good thing about CLEAResult is that management has done well in integrating the companies CLEAResult has acquired over the past several years , some large and some small. So we have also had our shares of integration challenges but I think in the big scheme of things, individuals like me who came through an acquisition have been made to feel welcome and have been given a chance to grow our careers based on our qualification and based on our performance. Lastly I would say that I have made some good friends and lasting relationships here at CLEAResult and I do see my self working here in my role for a very long time to come and helping the world change the way they use energy.
Cons
Work hours vary based on year, usually Christmas and the holidays work slows down which is good for people with families, but over the last few years spring and summer have been extremely busy so probably we will need more staff to handle the volume of work if that trend continues.
