Pros
The people hired were some of the best people to work with, personality wise.
Cons
Management has a lack of understanding of the job. My Manager wrote me up for performance, then refused to assist me in my growth and development. The people hired were great personalities to work with, but lacked any phone skills needed to do the job. The training materials were lacking, and my boss refused to assist me in direction to take the materials, as she just kept shutting down my work with no explanation. One time, I even had another employee submit my work as their work, and the Training Manager approved with no worries. So it wasn't a quality of work, and it was solely a me issue that my boss took offense with. Nobody knows how to run a call center there, and it painstakingly shows. Lots of good, feel good stories, but no substance. If you get hired here, be aware.
