Little room for growth beyond a plateau of about four years. Corporate organizational changes poorly implemented with little regard to how each division actually works. This is a problem because most divisions have client specific operations. Bad timing on announcing impromptu policy changes that negatively impact employees, and it is always a surprise. There is never preparation. Overworked and competent IT force that is rendered laughably incompetent. Open door policy only if you already have the solution to your problem. Scapegoating runs more rampant than solution finding. People promoted into management that have no management skills to speak of. Thinly veiled lies from management to keep people from panicking and seeking new jobs. Unfortunately, there is discrimination (verbal, not funny). The sad part is, the instigators are completely oblivious to it.
