Cons
As other poor reviews about this company mention, there is no actual training process. You're thrown into a work environment with no legitimate understanding of what you need to be doing, how to do it, and what role expectations are. Expect your performance review to consist of whatever your manager finds is a fault in your performance, and a spotlight cast on that. Management and some co-workers have serious ego issues and it feels more akin to an elementary school playground than an actual organization. Bullying, talking over each other, blatantly disrespecting each other, and overall creating a toxic environment is commonplace in many departments. Prepared to be micromanaged to no end. You'll probably be placed into pointless meetings that have no value to you or the organization whatsoever, and are time consuming. Favoritism runs rampant. If your manager doesn't like you, it doesn't matter how much work you do, you're going to get canned quick. Vacation and sick days are nice, right? Nope, you won't need to worry about using those here! You'll get a long talk about how you haven't earned your vacation/sick days, and that if you take too many and leave the company, the company can/will actually sue you. Best of all, this company is widely known for layoffs. So not only do you get to enjoy the toxic work environment, micromanagement, low pay, crazy work load, no/low vacation, and constant pressure to perform, but you also get to worry about losing your job through a layoff. Avoid this place like the plague. This place will place productivity over your own health. If you do accept a position here, prepare to move out very quickly and make it temporary.
