Close commute to home, and lots of parking.
Cons
Poor management. Workload did not align with pay, and management team for the credit department needs to attend conflict resolution courses and people skill training. Preferential treatment for some employees. The department requirement was to have an Bachelor degree however several employees did not obtain one or in pursuit
