      Pros

      The company pays you very well. This way you can't afford to leave when you become obsolete and they effectively turn you into a slave to your work.

      Cons

      No culture, no investment in employees, no growth opportunity, high school management atmosphere, and a huge amount of people who get promoted by politics or nepotism without performance. Run far away!
