What an Absolute Ridiculous Company - Manager CMC Employee Review

Absolute absurd mess of a corporate structure. Leaders were idiots and backstabbing and taking credit for others' work was par for the course. The viciousness and climbing and insider B.S. was almost hard to fathom. I've worked with and for a lot of companies and I've never seen/experienced anything like it. It blows my mind that this company still exists. It's only because of the capital intensive nature of this business that it could survive. Message me.
