Pros

Decent hourly pay Lots of variety of experience

Cons

Management does not seem to care about their individual employees You get your schedule for the next day at 5pm the day before. And days vary wildly. Sometimes 6 hours, sometimes 11. Sometimes leaving at 5am, sometimes 9am. You get put in dangerous situations at job sites and have little control over it CME doesn't trust their employees one bit, and will fire you at the drop of a hat.

CME provides lots of training and encourages professional development. Family style work environment.

Cons

A bit stingy with pay and benefits. You may have to quit and come back to get a decent pay raise.

Pros

Good pay, some good people, provided company phone and vehicle.

Cons

Not inclusive (experienced discriminatory and microaggression language which was not taken seriously. Instead, I got let go for bringing the concerns to light), some coworkers were not professional, no boss in the office, and safety concerns.
