Pros

Many great people in a family oriented company. Made many good friends there. Company is growing and should continue to do so. Very good at what they do.

Cons

Communication level is poor and very frustrating. Managing multiple locations is a challenge to keep everyone on the same page and good, clear communication goes a long way.
