Pros
I came to CME about 10 months ago, and my family and I made quite a labor intensive move here during COVID. We were all very excited but what a stressful couple months with the move and re-locating my entire family of 4. CME was so understanding the whole time and was with me every step of the way. Once I arrived here I noticed firsthand that the work/life balance that was promised was actually a tangible thing. CME understands and respects that you have a family commitment outside of work and does not make you feel bad for it, in fact they encourage it. Take time of, work from home some, be involved in your family's happenings. All these things make a better employee and CME has figured this out and implements it very well in everyday life. I am empowered to make a difference in the Biomed Team that I am the leader for, I never feel micromanaged and my thoughts/opinions are always heard. I feel honored to be a part of the CME family and would recommend to anyone looking for that "right" fit.
Cons
Its work, so obviously come prepared to work, and that is the only con I can even think of to be honest.
