      - Good smart people, collaborative. - A lot to learn if you want to be in the financial industry. - IT is taking a bigger and bigger role and priority. - Good benefits long term.

      - Bureaucratic, slow and process heavy - communications between departments could be better - Management isn't good at prioritizing (everything is important ASAP)
