Pros
Great variety in the work they do, and they love tech solutions. Really well structured as a big corporate from an employee perspective with ability to travel, and transfer. The pension, insurance and other bits are very healthy too.
Cons
This isn't a challenge unique to CME, but as a company headquartered in Chicago then expect decisions to be made there. If you are used to being more autonomous with regards to making the calls in your jurisdiction then be aware that it isn't the way this is structured.
