The executive management is trying to change the company culture & mindset. However, many of the forward thinking, newer employees, early in their career at CME have to report to middle managers that are stuck in the 1980's. There is a you are welcome for working here attitude, new ideas are met with contempt. Flexible working arrangements that tech. companies offer are out of the question.
