Pros
Good benefits, decent salary, work with great technologies. The company seems to be moving in the right direction and has cut down on a lot of the bureaucracy. Poised for long term growth.
Cons
Still quite a bit of decisions made based on politics. Recent cuts have proved to be problematic in some areas as they have replaced people with processes which has resulted in longer lag times and black holes.
