This is a non-threatening environment focused on the company's growth rather than personal gain.
Cons
If you do not have previous financial marketing experience, there will be a learning curve. This is a jargon heavy industry and also a climate that is susceptible to abrupt, drastic changes. Even in a marketing role, this position demands meticulous daily research. If you are not willing to read, a lot, this won't be a good fit for you.
