Pros
CMG communicates very well. At any given time, I can reach out to piratically anyone within the company. Not only that, but I am relatively new to the company, but I feel as if I am "kept-in-the-know" just like everyone else. All levels of employment are treated very equal and I really appreciate knowing what our company is actively working towards. I think communication leads to a great culture as well. CMG employees are motivated, valued, intelligent, helpful, resourceful, and caring. This is a great place to work.
Cons
Within the past year, CMG has had some struggles within the IT department, they have worked tirelessly to get this resolved; however, there continues to be issues. I struggled to come up with a "con," but I would say the IT department is the weakest link. In their defense, they communicate very well and work long hours to get issues resolved, but there are times that it makes work difficult due to technical issues. I have no doubt that they will continue to work for a stable server, but at this time this is my "con" for CMG.
