Ops is lightning quick, compensation is solid, the product variety is the best I've seen including amazing proprietary programs, benefits are reasonable, there really isn't anything more I could ask for. Every aspect is at least good, if not world class!

We're also serious about using AI across product management, BSA work, QA, and engineering. It's part of our culture, and the transformation is being led directly by our technology leaders, which shows they're hands-on and lead by example. You won't find many places where a top leader is this invested in transformation and in the details, and that's both encouraging and energizing for our team. On the business side, there's a lot of flexibility and support for our sales and fulfillment team members. Ideas are heard and implemented no matter who they come from. Our leadership team is humble, and they genuinely care about and understand their business. They've been very welcoming and have taken the time to help me understand their business needs so I can deliver the right solutions. CMG believes in top-notch customer service and in offering a comprehensive suite of products that most other companies don't have. The culture here is great and genuine, and I'm very glad I made the choice to join CMG.
