Cons
Although CMG has Broker partnerships and they are not often needed, this is strongly discouraged if the loan can be done "in-house," viewed only as a last resort. In most states, the compensation on Brokered loans is also much lower than industry averages (though this may be changing). The company has a smaller feel to it, but it is still a multi-billion dollar operation, so things take longer to implement than it might for a smaller company or Broker. Little control over the exact verbiage in the CRM marketing, in an effort to keep the company uniform & compliant. Not allowed to sync a personal calendar with the company's Outlook calendar and a select few Apps are blocked for functionality, for security reasons. Very few cons about this company.
