Pros
I work in the London office which has got great facilities and looks amazing. I have had a full induction plan to introduce me to all parts of the business and all managers/directors. I got to visit all of our different sites (which gave me the opportunity to travel to Ireland for the first time). CEO, Frank Salmon, and I spent time one-to-one on my first day and it was an inspiration to hear about him starting and growing the business. People here are funny, willing to lend a hand and hard workers I've been appointed two external mentors to further and develop my skill-set and career which is an investment in me as an individual that I've never had before. This feels like a truly professional company, people are proud of the work they do and everyone is treated with respect.
Cons
Some of the other sites need an update, but this already seems to be in progress with one office move happening right now, and plans for other improvements.
