There are a lot of opportunities at the minute as the company keeps growing and expanding. Generally great people and colleagues. Regular events and nights-out on behalf of the company. Good benefits and pay.

Cons

Very target driven. A better system/process for new starters would be good.

Pros

CMS is a well-established company with a history of success and expansion. Our team in the USA is very new to the CMS org and it has been great to put down new roots with the support and enthusiasm backing us up. Utilizing in-depth quarterly assessments, the company is very involved with personal growth and goal setting.

Cons

Starting salary a bit under expectations, benefits slow to come through initially.
