Pros

Although I only applied for the company and didn't actually get a job in the end, the feedback and advice given to candidates is outstanding, particularly by Sean Jinks. The advice mostly consisted of general employability tips, but as I'm currently a 21 year old undergraduate dipping my toes in the job market a lot of this was exactly what I needed to hear. The impression I got from my chat with Sean was of a very well-organised company with highly-motivated staff and clear boundaries to allow their employees to further improve.

Cons

Hard to think of any really, I'm sure this company will continue to get bigger and bigger.

CMS is a well-established company with a history of success and expansion. Our team in the USA is very new to the CMS org and it has been great to put down new roots with the support and enthusiasm backing us up. Utilizing in-depth quarterly assessments, the company is very involved with personal growth and goal setting.

Cons

Starting salary a bit under expectations, benefits slow to come through initially.
