I joined CMS as a BDM . I had a smooth well structured induction and was supported throughout. I was set clear objectives and given a comprehensive training program. All staff and management have been very helpful and genuinely want you to succeed. Very pleased I accepted the role with CMS and I look forward to a successful career with them moving forward. Its great to work for a Company that clearly values its employees. Even through the challenging times we face the Company runs regular virtual events to support employees and keep them engaged.

CMS is a well-established company with a history of success and expansion. Our team in the USA is very new to the CMS org and it has been great to put down new roots with the support and enthusiasm backing us up. Utilizing in-depth quarterly assessments, the company is very involved with personal growth and goal setting.

Cons

Starting salary a bit under expectations, benefits slow to come through initially.
