Pros
The colleagues you work with can be very nice people.
Cons
All good things that were at CasONE have been destroyed due to improper management and lack of a proper vision into what the staff is feeling. No care at all to the staff, if you have a problem you're essentially told to ring a helpline or contact People Ops. Management seems to think it's acceptable to lie to its staff when it comes to CoVid restrictions. Shifts have been changed to a rotating shift AM/PM pattern with management saying this is for our "protection" to "keep numbers down in the warehouse". Yet at the same time hiring more agency staff on each shift effectively making it the same number of people in the building as it was before the split shifts. This is completely blatant and is obviously a lie to get us into this pattern so they're open longer, effectively earning them more money off our hard work. Double standards at play where office staff don't have to wear masks, are allowed drinks at their desks and are on a somewhat normal working hour pattern (their lives have barely changed), whilst the rest of the staff that work in the same building! have to wear masks everywhere they go, not allowed a drink on their desk if they work at one, and are forced to work a broken and mentally draining shift pattern. a person working on the Mezzanine for example has to wear a mask at all times, however, 1-2 meters away another person working on the same Mezzanine doesn't have to wear a mask because they're in a small office container... HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE!? Any sane person with even a grain of common sense can see disgusting double standards at play. That is why people are done with CMS, the absolute nonsense people have to put up with is getting absurd. There are no incentives to working there anymore, you get treated as though everything you touch you're going to steal, just because they have caught agency staff stealing products they now act like we're all criminals out to steal every piece of crap technology the company stocks.
