Awesome people Terrible structure - Environmental Analyst CMS Environmental Solutions Employee Review

Unfortunately, they can't keep anyone due to making it impossible to have a successful career. They make it sound like you will have all these amazing growth opportunities, but you won't, or it will take years if you do. The owner only cares about his own success and growing the business as fast as possible. The pay is terrible, and I would never send anyone I know and appreciate into that company. Lots of promises, no follow through, no organization.
