Pros
A good performing company with an excellent long term outlook. Many good colleagues to work with. Excellent CEO and benefits.
Cons
One of those HR departments that do not "walk-the-talk". HR and training strategies (if they exist) are driven by operations instead of HR professionals. No proactive thinking, only reactive. Lack of ethics: it is well known that HR reporting to the "higher ups" does not always contain "adequate" information (read; made up figures). a few employee have been "layed-off" when protesting. A good exception to that is compensation and benefits. Workload is high (putting out fires). Over the last few years many experienced and competent HR people left or got fired and are replaced by inexperienced "puppets". This is partially caused by SR. HR management nepotism and individuals who care more about their own career then actually working for the sake of the employees and shareholders. So "puppets" are easy to handle. Career advancement is low unless you play the "political" game (or wear short skirts). I recommend new employees to stay for a few years; enough to boost up their CV and find employment in a more professional HR environment elsewhere.
