      Pros

      The money and benefits are excellent if that's what you are seeking in a career.

      Cons

      They leave training in the hands of people who really do not want to train. They're forced to train and paid very little extra to do so. The people training you might have only been working there for a few months themselves. They do not have a system in place for people to learn the job well. I had a meeting with a manager where they asked me how I felt I was doing. I was honest with my struggles, and they reassured me that I'd get the training I needed. A week later they used my honesty to terminate me. Lie through your teeth if you feel that you're not getting it. I wish I had.

      You're always waiting on trains.

      Pros

      Pays decently well for first job out of college. My manager and team are very reasonable with expectations placed on new hires. Working after office hours (past 4:30pm) is extremely rare and only expected in emergencies.

      Cons

      Very slow and/or limited job growth potential. Promotions into middle management are almost purely based on reputation with middle managers who are largely people with previous field experience. This is very disadvantageous to direct-from-college hires like myself and even my current manager.
